Recorded during band rehearsal in my basement. Appeared on "Call the Local Cops" which featured other live tracks from our band rehearsal. Some people might think this is a song about drugs, but it's really about dealing with a terrible world that's indifferent to your existence. Some people happen to deal with it by way of drugs, prescribed or otherwise.
Does it even matter how many I take? Things are getting better if I can stay awake. I don't need a cure for darkness. I only wanted to be happy...some of the time.

So many great local artists collected here for the first time since the quarantine began, and all for such a low low price! It really restores your faith in the restorative healing power of the sounds of a community of musicians, recorders, performers, and whatever the hell 'arbitrary labor' is. That thing is WEIRD.
